Cancellation rules:

  • We reserve the right to change the program due to weather conditions. We see it for sure only that week/ few days before the trips. In this case, we can offer you a "B" plan in the area, or, if appropriate, a tour of similar beauty and difficulty. If this does not satisfy you, we can give you back 50% of the participation fee as a refund.
  • The participation fee for the programs:
  • In case of cancellation within 48 hours, it will be lost in its entirety.
  • Outside of 48 hours, a full refund or modification is possible.
  • If the program fails due to an external factor (serious illness, accident, travel-related problems, extreme weather conditions, legal regulations, closures by local government, etc.), we can offer a "coupon" that can be used within 2 years and can be redeemed for any program organized by us: Excursion, Canyonining, Kayaking. The coupon is personal, non-transferable, and the administration fee of €10/person is always deducted from the total amount.

Additional information:

  • We provide high-top BOOTS. When specifying the shoe size, enter your REAL foot size in EUROPEAN size (not INCHES). The boot size - which we provide you - can be 1 size larger than your REAL size! On the way down, your feet constantly slide forward, and the neoprene socks must also fit in the shoes.
  • We always strive for your safety and comfort, so it is important that you fill out the application form and let us know in time before the trip exactly what you need and what equipment you have. Thank you for your cooperation!
  • The photos and videos taken during the programs will be transferred in digital form at no extra cost. We may use group photos and photos on social media. If you do not want to take part in these pictures, please INDICATE IN ADVANCE, or DO NOT take part in the group pictures.
  • Transportation: everyone arrives at the meeting place independently. Within the group, it is possible to fill up the free seats in the cars.
  • Physical fitness: necessary due to the distance and the difference in level adequate physical endurance.
  • People under the age of 18 can ONLY participate in the tour with parental permission.
  • Regarding clothing, I would like to mention: the weather in Tenerife not uniform. Every area has a different weather, so if in the morning you see the sun shining and it's warm, it's still possible that it's raining and cold in the place of the trip. In the same way: If you see that the sky is cloudy and cold, it is still possible that the place will be warm and the sun is shining. For this reason, I would like to ask the "vulcan walkers" to (especially during the winter period from November to May): ALWAYS! HAVE! EVERYTHING WITH YOU!
  • Long pants (so that the plants don't sting); sweater, jacket, raincoat, sun protection, sunglasses, sunscreen, hat, Nivea or Labello lip cream.
  • In Teide's case I cannot emphasize enough the need for warm clothing. BRING EVERYTHING you have. DOUBLE PANTS (cotton layer underneath and technical water and wind-resistant pants on top). Gloves, hat, scarf, buff (neck, ear, head protection)... A SUITABLE SIZED backpack! (not a drawstring gym bag).
We will provide these upon request, please let us know in advance.
  • We recommend high BOOTS in all cases. (On certain tours, short hiking boots are also sufficient, BUT they do not support the ankle.) High-top boots also require high-top SOCKS! (DOUBLE socks in Teide's case.)
  • When specifying the shoe size, enter your REAL foot size in EUROPEAN size (not INCHES). The boot size - which we provide you - can be 1 size larger than your REAL size! (During a long descent, your feet will constantly slide forward, and the winter socks must also fit in the shoes.)
  • If you do not have any equipment and it is essential for the tour, please SEND US ASAP WITH A LIST OF WHAT IS MISSING! This is how we can provide you with equipment up to the limit of the stock. We are unable to replace this on site.
  • We always strive for your safety and comfort, so it is important that you fill out the application form and let us know in time before the trip exactly what you need and what equipment you have. Thank you for your cooperation.
  • The photos and videos taken during the programs will be transferred in digital form at no extra cost. We may use group photos and photos on social media. If you do not want to take part in these pictures, please INDICATE IN ADVANCE, or DO NOT take part in the group pictures.
  • The requested data will be treated confidentially and will not be disclosed to third parties.
